Creating ICP Audiences
  1. Create an Audience: Navigate to the left-hand menu and select "Audiences." Look for the "Create Audience" option.
  1. Name Your Audience: Utilize the visitor types to label your audiences: High ICP + High Visit, High ICP + Low Visit, and Low ICP.
  1. Define Your Audience: Specify your audience criteria using filter inputs.
  • High ICP + High Visit: Set filters based on your Ideal Customer Profile (ICP) along with a “Visit Count” greater than 3.
  • High ICP + Low Visit: Configure filters according to your ICP along with a “Visit Count” less than 3.
  • Low ICP: Establish filters that are contrary to your ICP criteria.
  1. Save and Finish

Click the 'Create Audience' button to finalize the process.
